Can I pay by card on the door?
Yes, we are able to accept card payments on the door.
Do I need to get a ticket for my children?
All children under the age of 16 can enter the festival for free, providing they are accompanied by an adult. A ticket is therefore not necessary.
What forms of Student ID are acceptable?
We accept both a valid NUS card and a valid University ID card.
What happens if I pay on the door and want to leave and come back later?
Upon arrival you will be given a hand stamp which acts as proof of ticket purchase.
I bought my ticket online and am now unable to go. Can I get a refund?
The O2 Box Office are managing online payments. Please contact them at 023 8063 2601 for any ticket enquiries.
Is there a cloakroom?
A cloakroom will be available for guests to use free of charge.
Will there be baby changing facilities at the festival?
There are dedicated baby changing facilities in the venue.
Can I bring my dog?
We regret that only assistance dogs are allowed into the festival.
What is accessibility like for those with pushchairs or wheelchairs?
The venue has lifts and ramps which are available for all guests to use.
Will alcohol be served at the event?
Some exhibitors may sell alcohol on their stalls.
Will lunch be served at the festival?
There will be a number of catering stalls offering a range of yummy vegan meals for you to purchase throughout the day.
Is there a car park?
The venue doesn't have a dedicated car park, however there are a number of car parks within walking distance. In the interest of being environmentally friendly we do encourage guests to use public transport however.

How close to the city centre is O2 Guildhall Southampton?
O2 Guildhall Southampton is a ten minute walk from the main shopping area and city centre.
Visitor Terms and Conditions
Please be aware of the following:
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
No animal products are permitted on site.
Only assistance dogs are allowed on site; no other animals are permitted.
Visitors are not permitted to bring alcohol or drugs on site.
Weapons and other lethal items are not permitted on site.
Unruly or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated and visitors may be removed if they behave inappropriately.
We reserve the right to search visitors at any time.
In the event of unavoidable cancellation (e.g. terrorist alert, adverse weather, etc), we will be unable to issue a refund, however advance ticket holders can transfer their tickets to the next event.
The published schedule may change and no refunds can be issued as a result of such a change.
Anyone attending the festival may feature in photographs used for promotional purchases and will not be consulted prior to this.
In buying a ticket, you agree to the above.
We are always happy to hear from people interested in volunteering at the Southampton Vegan Festival.
Volunteer duties typically include:
Registration jobs (hand stamping, readmitting people into the festival, etc)
Managing the cloakroom
Assisting visitors at the festival
Managing the talks and activities rooms
As a volunteer you will receive:
Free entry into the festival
A lunch voucher which can be redeemed at any stall
